Projects

Welcome to the Projects section!

By now you must have learned about my passion for learning, sustainability and innovation. I have explored my interests by participating in extra-curricular and co-curricular projects during my time at Drexel University.

I had interest in renewable energy since high school and believed in pursuing 'sustainable' and 'environment-friendly' methods. Due to this I naturally gravitated towards a student run organization called the Drexel Smart House (DHS). Within the DSH, research on Dye-sensitized solar cells was conducted in order to understand the concept and maximize efficiency with the given resources. This technology was to be eventually integrated with the Smart House building.

My affinity to projects and team collaboration led me to a meeting for the 2013/14 NASA RASC-AL team meeting. Although I participated, my eyes truly opened to the world of aerospace and innovation when I was chosen to lead the 2014/15 team. Under my leadership, this team was chosen in the top 16 teams and invited to present at the NASA RASC-AL Forum, Cocoa Beach, FL.

An additional experience with particpating in a hackathon hosted by Ycenter, I recognized my true passion for sustainable innovation and new ideas. Subsequently, I founded an on-campus organization named the Drexel Transformers aiming at becoming a platform for bringing ideas to life for passionate engineeers and product designers.

Such is my story. Drexel left me excited for life and hungry to learn more and make more. Please click on any of those pictures below to know more about the projects I have done.
